Daybreak Festival, which takes place on the weekend of the summer solstice, brings together the contemporary music festival and ancient sun worship. Its atmosphere is high energy and immersive as people gather together to celebrate the longest day and shortest night.

The sunrise is more than an aesthetic inspiration for Daybreak – the festival revolves around it. When you receive your ticket you are given a paper sundial to watch the angle of the sun. Sunrise and sunset are celebrated by the standing stone installation, where the sun rises in between the stones as it would at Stonehenge.
