Katie Vicary is an artist and designer based in London who has recently completed her MA in Fine Art at City & Guilds of London Art School. Her practice is rooted in printmaking, frottage and drawing, with an interest in transfer and trace processes. 

Through site-specific research she collects material and passes it through various methods of transfer, repeating marks from direct contact into later generations of image. Unpredictable outcomes arrive as the marks degrade, distort or are reinvented.
